Common Membership FAQs
The following are some common questions we get from new applicants. We’ve done our best to answer your most pressing questions here but if you have any additional questions, please feel free to direct your questions to our Membership team using the link below!
How do I find a Sponsor?
Please submit your application and indicate in the sponsorship fields that you are in need of a sponsor, and we will connect with you for additional eligibility discussions.
How long does it take for memberships to be approved?
NATIA memberships are reviewed weekly. If you have not heard back within this time frame regarding your membership status, email membership@natia.imcsaratoga.com for an update.
New applicants for membership will not be rushed through the application process in the days prior to a course opening for registration. It is the responsibility of the applicant to apply with ample time to undergo the application process. Note: If your application is not completed in its entirety, it will be moved to the end of the queue or not reviewed at all.
How do I know my Sponsor's Member #?
If your sponsor does not know their NATIA member #, they may log into the NATIA member website, hover over the MEMBERSHIP header and select Your Profile. It is located within the My Personal Information section, click the pencil icon to access it.
How do I pay for my membership?
The $50 membership fee is due at the time the application is submitted and must be paid by credit card. No exceptions to this rule can be made. Failure to make payment will result in your application not being submitted and therefore not reviewed.
How can my company join NATIA?
Membership is available to individual, active LE personnel meeting the eligibility criteria. NATIA does not extend membership to agencies or vendor companies. All companies interested in becoming involved with NATIA by showcasing their technologies and equipment at regional chapter or our national technology exhibition should please visit the Exhibitor page for more information.
