Password Resets

Please go to the NATIA portal and enter the email address NATIA has on file for you as your username. An email will be sent to you with instructions on creating a new password. If an email is not received, please review these troubleshooting tips.

Account Verification

All new accounts (and those accessed for the first time since September 2022) will receive a verification link by email from MemberSuite Support (donotreply@membersuite.com). This is a valid and safe email/link and you must click on it within 7 days of receipt to verify your account.

Not A Member?

Submit a New Member Application. Exhibitors are NOT eligible for NATIA membership. If you are an exhibitor, log in to your exhibitor account here.

Note: New members and exhibitors will be blocked from logging in until they are approved.

Your Username Must Be Your Agency Email Address on File with NATIA. Attempts to personalize usernames will result in an error with our website.

Still having Issues?

  • Completely close out of the browser to reset the login process
  • Make sure the email address you entered is the one NATIA has on file for you
  • Make sure your office security or privacy settings aren’t preventing you from logging in
  • Make sure you are allowed to edit your own cookie settings
  • Make sure that the cookies are not being blocked by your office network
  • You will need to be able to accept cookies from both natia.imcsaratoga.com and natia.ps.membersuite.com
  • Try using a different browser to log in
  • Try using a different/home computer
  • If you do not receive your email reset password, please check your junk mail or ensure that your email system has not blocked the message
