This session will help you understand the main components of your home network, explain how to better deploy your current equipment, introduce you to new equipment options, and show you how you may improve your network security.
FLETC: BASIC ELECTRONICS
3561 (Rock) – This presentation will cover several basic electronic concepts to include Ohm’s Law calculations, battery math and simple circuits. If time allows the presentation will include discussion on several low-cost electronic component options that can be incorporated into technical operations.
FLETC: INTERNET SAFETY
3589 (Lawless) – Due to COVID-19 and the increase in daily use of the Internet, the risk of online threats has increased. Instructors from the Computer Forensics Branch of the Cyber Division invite you to a one and a half-hour online session to help you understand the threats you may face and provide you with some mitigation strategies. During this presentation we will provide you with some resources and techniques you can use to protect yourself and your agency while on the internet.
