Reserve your discounted hotel room rate of $122 by June 12th

Making Reservations

Reservations must be made online at book.resiada.com/NATIA2023/Member. Note that room blocks are NOT allowed and will be audited. If room blocks are found, or non-members have booked within the block, the reservation will be canceled without notice.

Room Rate/Taxes

To take advantage of the $122 NATIA rate (single/double occupancy) be sure to book your reservation by June 12, 2023. This rate is equivalent to the current Federal Government per diem. All rooms are subject to a 17% room tax (subject to change). Hotels may charge additional fees for upgrades.

Deposit Information

All reservations MUST be accompanied by a credit card guarantee for each room reserved. Your credit card will not be charged until the date of check-in, or in the event of a no-show or cancellation that occurs within 48 hours of the expected arrival date in which case one night’s room and tax will be charged to the card. Tax is currenty 17% room tax (subject to change). Major credit cards must be valid through August 2023. Confirmation emails will contain specific hotel cancellation policies. Please review and make arrangements/ changes accordingly. If you don’t receive a confirmation or have questions, please contact natiahousing@imnsolutions.com.

Modification/Cancellation

Contracted rates are guaranteed through the cut-off date, June 12, 2023. After this date, room rates and availability are at the discretion of each hotel. Based on availability, you may continue to make reservations, modifications and cancellations through June 16, 2023 via the housing bureau site but make reservations early. Any changes to existing reservations after June 16, 2023 need to be made directly with the hotel. NOTE: Your hotel will charge one night’s room rate and tax if you cancel within 48 hours. No-shows will be charged a one-night room rate and tax and the remainder of the reservation will be cancelled.

Room Type

Hotels will assign specific room types upon check-in based upon availability. Room type requests are not guaranteed. Please use the housing link on the NATIA website to book your room. Do not contact the hotels directly to book your reservation. If you book outside our group you will not receive the discounted room rate.
